    Myself and two friends are going to e=Europe. Spent over $12,000 EACH. Booked in October last year. Trip is still not finalised. Trip was passed onto a manager. Still to this day there is no care of finalising on behalf of this company. They blame you to get more money out of you. Never been so stressed in my life for a 6 week Europe trip which is supposed to be the biggest holiday of our life. We still don't know much of our trip, people keep asking "are you excited" our answer is "no" because of the stress of what this travel agent has put us under.
