  Overall pretty happy, the staff weren't able to give me an honest estimate of Fibre to the Node speeds though and kept insisting that I'd get the speeds quoted. This isn't possible. Other than that they showed me the available plans and talked through them satisfactorily.

  If I could give minus stars I would. The new Manager Rachel is useless. We moved all of our services for both residential and business to Optus only to not have phone or internet connection. After many calls to the store and a couple of visits we were told by the Manager there is nothing she can do because it's her first day!! To date we still don't have either a phone or internet. We have spent countless hours on the phone over the past 4 days and the problem is still not resolved.
