  Went in to be sized for a pair of boots, I was recommended repeatedly an alternative which I did not prefer. The style I preferred was not in stock and they were unwilling to find a store that had the boots available nor try to have them transferred (either would have been amazing).

  After having some wear issues with my shoes due to poor fitting from the store originally, I began the warranty process, this did drag on for a while but we came to an agreement. The manager Raylee was very professional, reasonable and accomodating however the "sales assistant" Julie was extremely rude not just to myself, but to other customers trying to purchase boots the same day I was getting a replacement pair. I recommend the product but due to customer service being so poor from Kotara's stores staff, definitely purchase elsewhere. I need to reinforce that Julie (sales assistant) is the sole reason for this review.

  I have been a customer at the Kotara store for 10 years. The staff have always been more than helpful to me, showing great patience always. I do find that looking at the item that you are wanting to purchase on the internet before going into any store these days gives you a better idea of what you are looking for. Always great girls lots of friendly service. Thank you.

  I visited the Kotara store with the intention of "Buying a pair of boots". Well, Lea, was thorough in measuring my foot and providing a selection of boots to try, to get the absolute 'right fit'.t.I glanced at a number of boots, and I settled on a pair of Burgundy Comfort Craftsman. I was told by Lea that the pair I liked, that looked great in the new Burgundy colour, and felt softer and more supple than others I'd tried, were in fact a rare pair that were constructed from French Calf, leather. The only other boot available in French calf leather were in fact the absolute top of the line 'Signature' boot. So, the price of the boots I had fallen for were a little more expensive, placing them in fact in the No.2 position on the RM boot list. I never hesitated in throwing in the extra $50 for what is a premium quality French calf leather boot. Unique leather and exceptional comfort. This is my second pair of RM's. I'm 52!

  The most frustrating part was I had spent $350 in there one day earlier from the same sales assistant, then when buying a $500 pair of boots was just absolutely unhelpful. It was suggested I google the other stores and call them directly.
