  Great family friendly venue! The staff are very friendly and attentive (nothing is ever too much hassle), very fast exceptional service from all staff members. Great value for money the food is always of a high standard and the portions sizes are better then a lot of similar places and a lot of variety for the children. The menu variety and specials are always on point. I love going to a place knowing that I'm getting to great food and service for a great price. This is our regular go to restaurant for any occasion.

  Could not fault the food. Had Amarillo fries, onion rings and a hot dog each. The service however was atrocious. Got our own menus, they do not serve Diet Coke, no drink menu so we decided on water. Ate our entrees with our fingers. Mains came and we ended up asking a young boy if we could have some cutlery. He brought over a caddy with cutlery and napkins with an apology. (He had been serving tables on the other side) Whilst we were there we noticed two other tables, both had waited for a few minutes before seating themselves. (May have had something to do with the sign stuck over the please wait sign stating 5+ things that were unavailable ie; beers, ribs and potatoes) One table got their own menus the other table of 4 walked out after being ignored for over 5 minutes. There would have been around 10 tables occupied, so it wasn't like they were swamped.

  I feel like I have share this review. It was Monday not a busy day but it was my birthday. We ordered all you can eat. After we (3 people) ordered about 10 minutes later we were told that there were not enough ribs so we got what little they had. It is tough and only beef. There was no compensation of further food. Not good business. We will never return.

  Celebrated my birthday last night for dinner. 28 Sept 2017 at 5pm. At the door big sign 1kg ribs and drink $29.95. Was very quiet. Asked for those special kiddie bottles for $8.95. Waiter brought cups didn't say anything I asked "do you have the kids bottles" - "no". Ordered ribs was 4 x bones and nothing else. No way that weighed 1kg. My husband asked about the comparison with kids ribs waiter answered "that is more bone" husband said "this is not 1kg" waiter said "I will tell the cook" off to tell the cook. O yes after we ordered 2 x your rib and drink special waiter spoke to someone else came back and asked which special "uhm the big sign at your entrance" not very impressed with the waiter. The waitress clearing table was very friendly and the cashier was really nice. Meat was nice and soft I just can't believe that it was 1kg no way!!!
