  My husband is the type to spend a significant amount of time asking questions about details that I have no interest in. Over the last two days, we have spent up to 5 hours in the store considering all options available. Everywhere we looked, there were significant discounts on ex-display options and made to order options. The owner and his assistant were patient and passionate about their product and answered all my hubby's questions. A dvd was put on for my children allowing us space to make decisions. We left spending a significant amount of money on a large number of items. We had done our research well and yet had found little that was what we were looking for. Lyall Buick had unique items of exceptional quality, unprecedented in our previous searches. This was such a positive experience for my husband, myself and our family. It will always be our first stop from this point forward. Many thanks to Lyall and his team.

  We are totally rapt in our new leather lounge that we purchased from Lyall Buick a few months ago.It is a stunning lounge for the price we paid.Everyone that sees it,can't believe the price we paid.The staff on the day we bought it was exceptional with their help....even took photos for me to send to my daughter,as I had just bought a new phone ,and didn't know how to use it.My daughter in laws Father,is set to buy a new lounge,and is very interested in having a look at Lyall Buick @ Kotara.We were very disappointed with the delivery though.Through no fault of Lyall Buick themselves,the delivery was delayed through the company that they use to deliver to our area.

  Service before you buy your furniture is great. Service after delivery - non existent. If you buy something from this store check every inch as soon as you unwrap it & contact them immediately. Been waiting 8 weeks for a reply to my email.

  Wouldn't go back again. Went in today to look for dining chairs, owner came up ask what I was looking for, he said they have great sales on dining chairs. Had a look around, female staff followed me around the store, I asked what sales she had on their Nelson range of chairs, she asked how many, I said 8. She came back and said the price was already a good price at $365.00, I disagreed with her and said what's the best you can do. Her answer was when your ready to place an order then I'll tell you what we can do on the price, I turned around and walked out. Bad business not being straight up
